Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO, Kaizen
  • Experience in plastics industry preferred
  • Experience with automotive supplier preferred
  • Proven customer communication experience
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of statistics
  • Expertise in quality management systems and PPAP documentation
  • Proficiency in office systems software
  • Ability to create and present data
  • Strong problem-solving skills
