Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership
  • Strong background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse/inventory operations
  • Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and defense contracting practices
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements
  • Experience scaling supply chain organizations
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
