Job Summary

  • This role is to manage IT categories’ key vendors across Sun Life while supporting the expansion of team’s capacity and capabilities to cover key vendors in other categories.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of vendors against contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Understand business needs and act as a liaison to ensure a strong client experience and business performance.
