Job Summary

  • This role will assist the leaders of the SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting function in providing the quarterly and annual financial reporting for the company.
  • Compile quarterly and annual financial reporting SEC filings and related releases (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-Ks), including the drafting and ownership of all financial statements, certain notes and MD&A disclosures.
  • Staying current with emerging and newly released SEC regulations with the ability to outline whether new regulations will have an impact on the company.
