Job Summary
This role will assist the leaders of the SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting function in providing the quarterly and annual financial reporting for the company.
Compile quarterly and annual financial reporting SEC filings and related releases (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-Ks), including the drafting and ownership of all financial statements, certain notes and MD&A disclosures.
Staying current with emerging and newly released SEC regulations with the ability to outline whether new regulations will have an impact on the company.
