Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2 years directly related experience in solar or renewable energy
  • Hands-on problem solving in fast-paced outdoor settings
  • Proficient with hand and power tools and electrical test equipment
  • Ability to read schematics, one-line, and wiring diagrams
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds in field environments
  • Experience operating electrical equipment up to 345kV

Nice-to-have

  • Strong technical skills and unwavering commitment to safety
  • Willingness to travel and work night shifts or extended hours
  • Technical degree or journeyman certification preferred
  • GWO training and certifications for international safety standards

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. passport
  • 2 years of directly related experience in solar or electrical environments
