Job Summary

  • The Vice President – GCC India & ETO is responsible for defining and executing the GCC India strategy to drive scalable, high-quality value delivery for the enterprise, operating as the site leader for overall performance, productivity, talent strategy, financial outcomes, and risk/compliance.
  • This role will lead the Enterprise Transformation Office team in India, supporting a cross-functional portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities, optimizing resource allocation, and establishing governance frameworks to maximize measurable benefits.
  • Key responsibilities include acting as Site Leader for GCC India, defining GCC India priorities and operating model, building and leading a high-performing leadership team, establishing clear SLAs and KPIs, driving operational rigor, and designing best-in-class governance frameworks.
