Must-have
5+ years surgical microscope sales experience
Neuro/ENT/P&R/Spine surgeon network
Territory sales growth and margin management
Microsurgery product portfolio knowledge
Channel partner management in South Region
Nice-to-have
Biology or Engineering degree background
Excellent theater demonstration skills
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
Positive proactive team player attitude
Key Requirements
At least 5+ years relevant market experience
Degree in Biology, Engineering, or equivalent
Proven record of selling surgical microscopes
Experience managing channel partners
Technical ability to demonstrate microscopy equipment
