  • Consistently ensures food quality, consistency and quantity are meeting established expectations and that all established food safety protocols are followed.
  • The position of Cooks Assistant is physically demanding, requiring repetitive work, constant standing and walking, and frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
