Job Summary

• The Senior Business Unit Manager is a member of the plant strategic leadership team and is responsible for full customer/site Profit & Loss (P&L) across multi-sites or multi-customer assignments.
• This role involves negotiating contract terms, managing customer relationships to capitalize on revenue growth, and leading the workcell accountable for operational and financial performance.
• The position requires driving continuous improvement of customer satisfaction metrics, managing direct reports, and leading site-level strategic planning and Quarterly Business Review processes.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Masters Degree preferred
• 6 to 8 years relevant experience
• Experience in Financial or Manufacturing Operations
• Previous Business Unit Manager experience preferred
• Degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management preferred
