Job Summary
This position will be responsible for monitoring and sustaining critical KPI for ECU production assembly lines, analyzing maintenance skill sets, developing/executing training, and mentoring maintenance staff.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with defect reduction activities, maintenance staff support and training, improvement projects, and root cause/countermeasure activities.
