Job Summary

  • Support the team in the ideation and management of training courses (in-person and online), also through the use of interprofessional funds.
  • Support the team in the annual Talent Management processes at local and international level.
  • The figure will work in close collaboration with the Talent & Development team and with HR Business Partners acquiring extensive knowledge of HR processes and tools such as WorkDay (HRIS) & Degreed (LXP).
