Job Summary
Lead and inspire a team of colleagues within the Indemnity Team (within Technical Claims) and use your expertise to identify and process ‘contractual’ breach customers, to help us achieve the optimal claim outcome.
Utilise predictive analytics and data to identify cohorts of riskier claims for pro-active review and drive efficiency through managing productivity, costs and increasing value added activities.
