The Director of Engineering provides strategic and operational leadership for engineering teams supporting classified and unclassified government programs.
This role ensures the delivery of technically sound, compliant, and mission-critical solutions in accordance with contract requirements, security regulations, and customer expectations.
The Director partners closely with Program Management, Operations, Quality, Security, and Business Development to execute programs, grow technical capabilities, and support new business opportunities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
10+ years progressive engineering experience
5+ years in engineering leadership roles
Experience with DoD or federal government programs
