Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pre-Litigation, Litigation and Risk Management projects and initiatives within the 3rd Party Casualty area of responsibility that will support our strategic goals commitments.
The candidate will oversee claim managers and analysts to develop strategies and initiatives that assist Delivery and Legal Leaders in achieving their objectives, including outperforming the competition in risk mitigation and cost management.
