Candidates must be willing to work 100% onsite for the first 90 days before transitioning to a hybrid model based on business needs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current state pharmacy license required
2 years specialty medication management experience
Clinical pharmacist hospital practice experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Nice-to-have
CSP, BCOP, or BCPS certification preferred
PGY1 or PGY2 pharmacy residency program
Experience precepting students or residents
Strong commitment to collaborative team environment
