Job Summary

  • Provide general event support to the Events Manager as directed, overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations for events including maintaining budget.
  • Coordinate meeting room set up and breakdown, collaborate with facilities and IT/AV teams, and process vendor payments in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all LEC events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, and act as a liaison between the LEC and employees.
