Provide general event support to the Events Manager as directed, overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations for events including maintaining budget.
Coordinate meeting room set up and breakdown, collaborate with facilities and IT/AV teams, and process vendor payments in a timely manner.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all LEC events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, and act as a liaison between the LEC and employees.
