Job Summary

  • Own & lead the Regional Sales and Operations Planning processes for some specific business franchises.
  • Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial teams. Conduct demand analysis, monitor sales history and report forecast changes and drivers.
  • Responsible for establishing the IBP cycle for in China for China products, and responsible for improving the OTD performance from forecast to delivery.
