This role involves directing outside counsel, managing case strategy, risk evaluation, cost control, and executive-level reporting while advising company executives on compliance and regulatory matters.

Key Requirements
JD from ABA accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with at least one State Bar
8+ years of legal experience
5+ years complex civil or commercial litigation experience
Experience in regulatory compliance applicable to retail
