Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for leading programs/projects through all phases from ideation to launch, with direct impact on the future success of our clinical IT portfolio.
This role partners closely with Product Management and R&D while driving collaboration across all functions—including Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, and others — motivating the teams to achieve outstanding results and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Leverage agile and lean (DBS) methodologies to drive fast-paced, iterative development in compliance with regulatory standards and quality processes and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform continuous improvement.
