Job Summary
Responsible for Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Sales and Business Development of a portfolio of customers, with a specific focus on Structured Trade & Commodity Finance and Sovereign Assets.
Originate, structure, and execute trade and commodity finance transactions, with a focus on Sub-Saharan and North African markets, and manage African sovereign and sub-sovereign debt facilities.
Conduct credit and macroeconomic risk assessments, negotiate legal documents, design collateral management structures, and lead client engagements with sovereign borrowers and Ministries of Finance.
