Job Summary

  • The Behavioral Health Liaison works with individuals to assess and refer to a variety of internal and external providers for a spectrum of acute and chronic biopsychosocial needs with the goal of eliminating safety risks and enhancing the individual's well-being.
  • Essential functions include crisis intervention, case management, intake and triage, court liaison duties, and after-hours on-call responsibilities.
