Job Summary

  • As Regulatory Manager, you will lead the delivery of capital and liquidity regulatory reporting across EMEA, ensuring compliance with prudential requirements and supporting strategic planning.
  • You’ll contribute to the Pillar 3 disclosures, ICARA/FRA processes, and oversee financial modelling, stress testing, and wind-down planning.
  • The role also includes oversight of FCA and FSCS fee submissions, dividend planning, and internal reporting to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • Regulatory experience in investment management, banking, advisory, or financial regulator
  • Understanding of risk environment and control framework
  • Experience interpreting and applying prudential regulation rules
  • Experience preparing prudential returns (FSA/COREP)
  • Experience with investment firm ICARA and financial modelling
  • Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables) and MS Word
  • Qualified accounting professional (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or prior experience working for a regulator in EMEA
