Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HV Plant Design for EHV Grid Substations
Primary substation system design
Short-circuit and fault current analysis
Preparation of single-line diagrams and layouts
English language proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience with international electrical standards
Leadership of large design engineering teams
Coordination with civil and external teams
Master of Engineering degree
Chartered or Professional Engineer license
Key Requirements
Electrical or Electrician Engineer with 6+ years experience
Experience in HV Plant Design for large EHV Grid Substations
Prior leadership of large design engineering teams preferred
Exposure to international standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, Australian Standards)
English language mandatory (oral and written)
10+ years overall experience preferred
Master of Engineering or equivalent preferred
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
No relocation assistance or sponsorship for Colombia work authorization
