Job Summary
This role focuses on maintaining and improving SQL-based data models and Tableau dashboards, ensuring data governance, and delivering actionable insights to drive operational and strategic decisions.
Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, join, and transform data from a RDBMS (MS SQL Server) and maintain and enhance existing SSIS runtime packages and underlying data models.
Work closely with the Lead Analyst and collaborate with key stakeholders including Practice Development Managers, Marketing, Finance, Product, IT, HR, Workforce Planning to gather and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
