Must-have
Strong understanding of global securities regulatory frameworks
Experience in new regulation assessments and implementations
Deep knowledge of Capital Markets operations and products
Ability to lead cross-jurisdictional regulatory advocacy efforts
Expertise in electronic trading platforms and ecosystem
Nice-to-have
Interest in generative AI impact on regulatory frameworks
Project management certifications or equivalent experience
CSC, FINRA Series 7 or similar qualifications
Law degree preferred over other degrees
Ability to drive consensus in interpretation working groups
Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in legal, consulting, or financial services
University degree preferably in law
Understanding of CFTC, SEC, CSA, and EU regulatory frameworks
