Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Strong understanding of global securities regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in new regulation assessments and implementations
  • Deep knowledge of Capital Markets operations and products
  • Ability to lead cross-jurisdictional regulatory advocacy efforts
  • Expertise in electronic trading platforms and ecosystem

Nice-to-have

  • Interest in generative AI impact on regulatory frameworks
  • Project management certifications or equivalent experience
  • CSC, FINRA Series 7 or similar qualifications
  • Law degree preferred over other degrees
  • Ability to drive consensus in interpretation working groups

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in legal, consulting, or financial services
  • University degree preferably in law
  • Understanding of CFTC, SEC, CSA, and EU regulatory frameworks
