Job Summary

  • Lead the full performance management cycle, including annual goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations, and manage performance processes in Workday.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen a culture of appreciation and high performance, and act as super admin of the recognition tool.
  • Lead wellbeing programs addressing physical, mental, and financial health, and analyze performance and compensation data to provide actionable insights.
