Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for M&E works. Perform, measurement, cost analysis and value engineering. Prepare tender documents, specifications, and contracts for M&E works. Evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Award contracts and manage procurement for M&E systems. Monitor and track changes to the project scope, design, and schedule, and adjust budgets accordingly. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure cost control measures are in place. Assess variations and claims related to M&E works. Prepare regular cost reports and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation for M&E costs, contracts, and payments. Any other duties assigned by superior. Requirements: Bachelor's of Science in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying, 5-8 years for senior position. Proficient in cost estimation software, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Naviswork and MS Office. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and M&E systems. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
