• 2+ years of experience in small business development counseling
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finances, Public Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, ETO, Neoserra preferred
• Prior experience working with immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs strongly desired
