Job Summary
Support technicians in resolving equipment downtime and ensuring operational efficiency, leading maintenance teams or coordinating with overseas suppliers for major equipment failures.
Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures, identify solutions, and track implementation progress, while also leading project coordination and implementation for new equipment validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Utilize system tools like Maximo and ZPI for data analysis to improve equipment reliability and cost savings, and develop SOPs, job aids, and maintenance plans.
