  • 7 to 15 years' experience in transportation and warehousing
  • Experience in a 3PL environment
  • Experience with transportation management
  • Experience with drayage drivers and services
  • Experience supporting contract negotiations
  • Experience implementing KPIs
  • Solid financial, analytical and P&L experience
  • Familiarity with Lean techniques
  • Experience with WMS/TMS/YMS
  • Experience creating high-trust, high-performance team culture
