Job Summary

  • The Recruiting team plays a critical role in this mission by identifying and hiring exceptional people who align with OpenAI’s values and cultural ambitions.
  • In this role, you’ll own and drive recruiting for high-impact growth marketing talent—from performance marketing and lifecycle marketing to product-led growth, analytics, and creative strategy.
  • We operate on a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office, with optional work-from-home on Thursdays and Fridays.
