Job Summary

• This Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) will support our Finance Tech Team, driving key programs as a part of the integration between Discover and Capital One.
• We are looking for someone that will bring experience leading large enterprise solutions, primarily related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) testing initiatives.
• Our TPM Sr. Managers have strong technical backgrounds with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle.

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs
• 5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions
• 5+ years of experience implementing and managing automated testing systems
• 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture
• 3+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
• 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs
• Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
