Job Summary

• Perform essential job responsibilities including donor record file review, equipment quality control, and review of medical reports and communication.
• Assist the Manager of Quality Assurance with compliance of state and federal regulations, FDA-approved SOPs, CLIA, cGMP, OSHA, and internal company procedures.
• In the absence of the Manager, conduct root cause analysis for deviations and customer complaints, and review equipment records and donor system information.
