Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Production and quality performance monitoring
Shift work on 4-shift basis
Use of manufacturing IT systems
Routine machine adjustments and maintenance
Experience in regulated manufacturing environment
Nice-to-have
Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives
Experience in high-speed automated environment
Controlled clean room environment experience
Strong planning and organizational ability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative and in teams
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience
Leaving Certificate or substantial GMP experience
Experience with shift patterns and 24/7 operations
