Responsibilities include acting as IT lead for the group insurance modernization program, managing transversal support teams, and overseeing the obsolescence management and decommissioning plan.
This role requires strong leadership in talent development, fostering continuous learning, engagement, and professional growth within teams, while also managing project and operational budgets effectively.
