Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the multifamily community including repairs and preventative maintenance.
Candidates must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electronic systems, all major appliances, and pool and spa equipment.
The role requires a rotating on-call schedule and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various outdoor environments.
