Job Summary

  • The North America Market CO PO Lead is responsible for leading the People Organization (PO) for the Commercial Organization (CO) North America Market, including both the People Partner responsibility for the Commercial Market and the Country PO teams.
  • This role owns a significant number of measurable strategic, functional, and operational goals or priorities and is committed to achieving these goals for the function/department.
