• The Syndication Servicing Team Manager is responsible and accountable for leading the syndication servicing team within Loan Services, managing daily syndicated loan operations and driving team responsibilities.
• The manager will foster a culture of coaching and growth, resolve client issues, and oversee the team’s performance and development, ensuring alignment with CIBC’s strategic initiatives.
