Job Summary

  • This role oversees the coordination, financial integrity, and execution rhythm of a portfolio of initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Executive Leadership to ensure delivery of measurable value.
  • Responsibilities include managing large, integrated initiatives, establishing governance structures, facilitating the project lifecycle, and serving as the central point of coordination for program communications.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
  • 5+ years program or project management experience
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
  • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma certification (preferred)
  • Experience in analytical role within financial organization
  • Proven ability to manage large integrated projects
  • Deep experience with Smartsheet
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced program and project management tools expertise
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management
