Starting pay ranges from $36 to $46 per hour with an additional shift differential of $4.60 to $6.35.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid current RN license
CPR and de-escalation certification
Restraint certification required
Assess physical and behavioral health needs
Administer medications accurately
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff
Nice-to-have
Experience in behavioral health environment
Certified in Psychiatric Nursing preferred
One or more years clinical experience
Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply
Participate in therapy groups and family meetings
Key Requirements
Graduation from approved school of nursing
Valid current RN license from state or compact state
Required CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certification
Preferred experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery
