The Director, Materials Management is responsible for leading the development, standardization, and execution of best-in-class material planning and inventory management processes across all North America manufacturing sites within the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment.
This role ensures the organization maintains optimal inventory levels, reduces waste and working capital, and sustains uninterrupted material supply to support production schedules.
Key responsibilities include developing standard work for materials management processes, supporting lean replenishment systems, defining production and master scheduling standards, and leading initiatives to enhance ERP transaction efficiency and inventory optimization.
