Job Summary

  • Ensure work on your shift is performed effectively, adhering to plans, quality system requirements, and the plant's production strategy.
  • Responsible for employees on the production shift, their coordination, and evaluation, as well as for workplace safety, production efficiency, quality levels, and resources.
