Job Summary

  • The Lead Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of mission-critical platforms, safeguarding operational excellence, and influencing reliability strategies.
  • Key responsibilities include defining SLIs/SLOs, collaborating with teams to drive service reliability, championing observability and automation, and leading production incident response and root cause analysis.
  • The role requires strong technical expertise in Azure, Azure DevOps, cloud platforms, AI technologies, monitoring tools, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
