Job Summary

• Lead and direct a team of managers and/or administrators by maintaining an optimal level of operational efficiencies while producing RBC Investor Services’ complex reporting requirements for our diverse client base, timely and accurate Custody Financial Reports is the ultimately goal and product offering.
• Establish an environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiencies and quality within the departments facilitating a key component in supporting RBC IS’ Client Service offering.
