Job Summary
The Field Service Representative will support, train, maintain, and repair EOS manufactured Remote Weapons Stations in both facilities and deployed field locations.
This role requires an expert in the operation and firing of weapon systems who can act as the face of EOS to armed service customers.
The successful incumbent must have proven ability to conduct research, learn systems using manuals, and perform engineering modifications and upgrades.

Must-have
Remote Weapons Station maintenance and repair
Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems experience
Crew served weapons and small arms operation
Range operations and weapon safety knowledge
Training service members on RWS systems
Handling explosive ammunition and weaponry
Nice-to-have
Positive and professional presence
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel 50% CONUS and OCONUS
Experience with multi-functional teams
Knowledge of global RWS platform manufacturers
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in a related field
3+ years maintaining, operating, firing, and training on RWSs
3+ years Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems experience
Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical systems
Experience integrating with multi-functional teams
