Job Summary
Coordinate with clients in projects, analyze user requirements, perform program and database design, and create functional / technical specifications.
Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Documents user requirements and tests issues in the respective module to re-create applications issues or determine whether new user requirements can be met through existing application functionality or requires customizations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Sciences
3 years experience in program development
Hands-on programming experience
proven knowledge in Financial or Accounting system
Experience as a member of a team performing an Oracle Implementation
