ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 framework knowledge
Clinical or scientific degree in OH/IH
10+ years of OH/IH leadership experience
Nice-to-have
Board certification in Occupational Medicine or CIH/COH
Experience leading global workers' compensation transformation
Implementation of global OH digital systems
ESG metrics integration experience
Cross-cultural leadership capabilities
Change management and communication excellence
Key Requirements
Advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD/DO, NP/PA, MS OH/IH)
10+ years OH/IH leadership in multinational industries
Knowledge of OSHA, EU OSH, and ACGIH/NIOSH frameworks
Preferred: Board certification in Occupational Medicine or CIH/COH
