Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years customer-facing sales engineering experience
  • 5+ years enterprise IT or security systems design
  • Deep knowledge of networking, identity management, and cloud services
  • Proficiency with SIEM, XDR, EDR/EPP, and IPS/IDS/NDR tools
  • Ability to present technical value to executive decision makers
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and modern application deployment

Nice-to-have

  • CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM security certifications
  • Demonstrated overachievement in previous sales engineering roles
  • Experience mentoring new hires on technical and sales processes
  • Public speaking experience at tradeshows and webinars
  • Knowledge of container and cloud-based deployment models

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in customer-facing sales engineering or consulting
  • Minimum 5 years supporting or designing enterprise IT/security systems
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure components including OS and virtualization
  • Understanding of the entire sales process from qualification to closure
  • Security-focused certifications (CISSP, GCIH, CISA, CISM) preferred
