Job Summary
Lead the design, build, and rollout of regional systems and automations needed for sales operations enablement.
Design and maintain a comprehensive Fleet program beyond the vehicle sale, ensuring integrated value across Aftersales, Finance, Warranty, Claims, and Customer Care.
Act as the regional liaison with NML/Global Fleet to progress global agreements, align regional sales strategies, and consolidate multi-market reporting for GKA customers.

Key Requirements

Regional project/program leadership and systems implementation experience
Fleet sales enablement and cross-border stakeholder coordination experience
Collaborating with IT/Analytics and leading business change at scale
