Job Scopes: Assist in the day-to-day HR management functions. Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Support recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and managing new hire paperwork and orientation. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring strict compliance with local labour laws. Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as employee data entry and data filing. Handle confidential employee and company information Maintain accurate employee databases (hard and softcopies). Ensure all information are up to date. Requirements (Qualification & Experience): Diploma in Human Resource (or related fields) Minimally 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Good knowledge of Employment Acts and HR practices Positive work attitude, willingness to learn and able to resolve problems independently Able to multi-task and work independently or as a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment Good communication skill Able to start work at short notice
